Mountain Warehouse at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo provides excellent customer service. The staff are polite, attentive, and helpful, often going above and beyond. They take time to help customers without rushing, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Employees are knowledgeable and assist with everything from selecting ski gear and handling exchanges for online orders to resolving issues. They honour online prices in-store. The service is consistently praised as amazing and the best customers have ever had, even during busy times. This outstanding service and good selection encourage customers to return to the store.

Sarah is amazing!! I had zero knowledge about anything ski/snowboard related and she sat and helped me pick out everything and answered all of my questions!! She is sooo amazing 10/10 service :)
