“AL-KHAIR food was disappointing, and the service was slower than expected. The pizza didn’t meet my expectations, and the overall experience was not worth the price. I hope management improves the food quality and customer service.”

“Went in the afternoon to get fitted for some figure skates and was assisted by the lovely Megan :) as a complete beginner to buying skates, she guided me through the different options the store offered and was very patient in the process of ensuring I was satisfied with my decision!! Laces and sharpening was included with the purchase, and I had a pleasant chat with her as well. Thank you for the great experience!”

“Above and beyond customer service! On Christmas Eve Humza called and offered to deliver the customized Auston Matthews jersey that I had ordered for my son, which had just arrived at the store after closing. Although I didn’t take him up on the offer I will buy all future jerseys from Sports Centre at Conestoga Mall. The stitching was also done to perfection.”

“Elliot went above and beyond to help me find a pair of shoes that worked well for me (history of blisters, pronation, plantar fascitis, shin splints), and was able to detail why each pair's design would satisfy my needs. Genuinely would pay money just for this knowledge. Thanks!”
