414 Erb Street West, WaterlooOn Sunday morning, my male cat began showing signs of a urinary blockage. I immediately called Waterloo West Animal Hospital and was advised to bring him in, and that they could take me right away. The receptionist was so kind on the phone, and reassured me that he would be in great care. Dr Anna came in and explained the entire situation to me, what he needed, and what recovery would look like. She explained that Milo would be monitored for the next three days, and would call with updates. She also gave me an extensive price breakdown of Milo's stay, so that I had an understanding of the final bill. Dr Anna called morning and night with updates, and I was able to bring Milo home the following night. The staff provided me with clear recovery instructions, and emailed me with follow-ups to make sure everything was going well. Milo is now recovering in his favourite sunny spot on the couch, all thanks to the incredible team at Waterloo West.
