I went into this course thinking it was another one I wouldn't be able to pass, and I was highly mistaken. I passed with ease! John is a great teacher. We had great conversations during lunches and before and after classes, and he taught me a lot. We had a lot of banter back and forth, talking about our island trips and how fun it is to immerse ourselves in other cultures and be a part of everyday life in other countries, all the while grooming the dogs! It was so fun being able to talk to John about my trips to Trinidad and Tobago, visiting my boyfriend, and talking about my adventures and sharing experiences while still focusing on the course and realizing I can do dog grooming around the world instead of staying in Canada! Taking this course was very fun; he was very thorough, and everything was very educational. I learned a lot! He was very kind and took his time trying to teach me everything that he knows.

I took my dog to get his nails done for the first time after trying to find a place that will accommodate him as he’s aggressive towards getting his nails trimmed. Hannah was so patient with him as he was giving us a very hard time, she gave great suggestions for upcoming appointments and was very professional. Highly recommend The British groomer, coming from a very defeated dog owner that couldn’t find someone to work with him. Thank you for everything.
