I had an extreme situation where I was stranded in travel and possibly needed to get pet food delivered to where my dog was boarding. The staff at Rawsome went above and beyond to assist! 236 Norwich Avenue, WoodstockWe have been going to Heather and Tyler for 3 years now and I can’t recommend them enough. We started going to them when we took in a neglected elderly shihtzhu in poor shape and they were the only groomers that offered to help us get her cleaned up. Since then our sweet girl has passed on and when we got two new puppies we knew they were going there for their grooms. They’ve both started with the puppy package (which I also can’t recommend enough!!!) and absolutely adore pawsitive. If the way my dogs love being there, the way they’re always soft and smelling good after every appointment, and the way that the staff always listens to all of the smallest of my wants for the groom didn’t solidify my love for them, sitting in the front while they cut my dogs nails and hearing them talk my dogs through the appointment telling them how beautiful they were and how much they loved them really did.
Our dogs are our family and I’m incredibly protective of them, I don’t take who I give my dogs to lightly. You don’t have to worry when bringing your pups to pawsitive ❤

I went into this course thinking it was another one I wouldn't be able to pass, and I was highly mistaken. I passed with ease! John is a great teacher. We had great conversations during lunches and before and after classes, and he taught me a lot. We had a lot of banter back and forth, talking about our island trips and how fun it is to immerse ourselves in other cultures and be a part of everyday life in other countries, all the while grooming the dogs! It was so fun being able to talk to John about my trips to Trinidad and Tobago, visiting my boyfriend, and talking about my adventures and sharing experiences while still focusing on the course and realizing I can do dog grooming around the world instead of staying in Canada! Taking this course was very fun; he was very thorough, and everything was very educational. I learned a lot! He was very kind and took his time trying to teach me everything that he knows.

754988 55, WoodstockAfter searching for a while to find someone willing to work with my dog to get his nails trimmed, someone recommended The British groomer. I took my dog to get his nails done for the first time after trying to find a place that will accommodate him as he’s aggressive towards getting his nails trimmed. Hannah was so patient with him as he was giving us a very hard time, she gave great suggestions for upcoming appointments and was very professional. Highly recommend The British groomer, coming from a very defeated dog owner that couldn’t find someone to work with him. Thank you for everything.
