Pet Valu
4, 473 Norwich Avenue Building D, WoodstockWorked their best and hardest to order every peice of a filter on sale for my dear fishy. I see a lot of reviews of dog owners washing, and yes I’ve taken my gorgia to get a tubby time, but I’ve now bought beet (named after my miscarriage) and tweet (beet number two) at pet SMART. Dead. In weeks.
I think the smaller variety of fish they carry allows for the workers to care for them better than any other fish store. Our fish Mr. Squirt has lived for almost a year! And the price was a third of what we paid for ours who passed from pet smart. I also saw the cart of new bettas at pet smart coming in, some with bloat, white clouds, dead before shelves. Never at pet value. The name represents something like a pet dollar store, but if they have what you need I advise you buy it here.

DogPort Academy
728 Dundas Street, WoodstockI took a six-week course at Dogport, and it was the best decision I've ever made.
I went into this course thinking it was another one I wouldn't be able to pass, and I was highly mistaken. I passed with ease! John is a great teacher. We had great conversations during lunches and before and after classes, and he taught me a lot. We had a lot of banter back and forth, talking about our island trips and how fun it is to immerse ourselves in other cultures and be a part of everyday life in other countries, all the while grooming the dogs! It was so fun being able to talk to John about my trips to Trinidad and Tobago, visiting my boyfriend, and talking about my adventures and sharing experiences while still focusing on the course and realizing I can do dog grooming around the world instead of staying in Canada! Taking this course was very fun; he was very thorough, and everything was very educational. I learned a lot! He was very kind and took his time trying to teach me everything that he knows.
Thanks, John, for helping me start a business and better my future!

The British Groomer
754988 55, WoodstockAfter searching for a while to find someone willing to work with my dog to get his nails trimmed, someone recommended The British groomer. I took my dog to get his nails done for the first time after trying to find a place that will accommodate him as he’s aggressive towards getting his nails trimmed. Hannah was so patient with him as he was giving us a very hard time, she gave great suggestions for upcoming appointments and was very professional. Highly recommend The British groomer, coming from a very defeated dog owner that couldn’t find someone to work with him. Thank you for everything.

Pet Care
Wellington Animal Hospital Woodstock Veterinarian
95 Wellington Street South, WoodstockI can't say enough good things about the Veterinarians, the Vet Techs and the Office Administrators at Wellington Animal Hospital. They are the perfect combination of caring, kind and knowledgeable. They have helped us take care of two dogs now and I can't see us ever going elsewhere. We feel lucky to have found our way into their clinic.
