The drop in self-service bath for $15+HST is a miracle and comes with an apron, treats, towels, and access to the dog bath and pressure adjusted water hose and dryer.

The Veterinarians, Technicians and Receptionists are truly amazing and very compassionate. I trust their judgement and have always felt at ease leaving my dog in their care. Shout out to Dr Stephanie who has been so wonderful through the many visits bringing our yorkie into the clinic. They also do grooming (Dana does a great job). I highly recommend!!!
EDIT: We lost our sweet girl 3 weeks ago after 17 long years. A big thank you to Dr Caroline, Technicians, and Reception Staff for caring for Chloe over the years. A very compassionate team 💔

250 Riverbend Dr, KitchenerA little bit off the beaten path but easy to find with goggle maps. Plenty of parking available. Faculty appeared well taken care of with what I assume was a lot of volunteer help. Viewed both dog and cat pet adoption areas which seemed well maintained and the animals were peaceful when viewed. However I found the lead front desk staff member less than enthusiastic answering procedural questions on adoption with a first time visitor. It may have been just one of those days for her so I will return again in the future but perhaps feel a little less welcome than I thought initially
