“My daughter went there at 603pm today. That post their hours as being open till 630pm. Poor service and communication.
Thanks for giving your phone number which no one has ever answered. She's called many times. I've called three times today.
When you're closed and supposed to be open and have a phone number no one ever answers I can't give more than one star.
Update: Cure Plus contacted her after hours to arrange her delivery the next day. They delivered her prescriptions promptly the next morning. They called me to confirm the delivery. I appreciate that they made this situation right.”

“All time favourite pharmacy right here! I’ve been on medications almost my whole life, which means I’ve been to lots of pharmacies throughout the years — I started going here when I started university and lived in residence because it was convenient, but this has been my pharmacy for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t even think of switching. I don’t live nearby anymore and there’s a different, chain pharmacy directly across the street from me now, but as long as I’m in the area, University Pharmacy is where I’ll always choose to go. The staff are incredible — super personable, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They get to know us personally and are extremely solution-oriented, proactive and go the extra mile to assist, especially when I have issues or hiccups with my medications or prescriptions. They take the time to provide the best care and it shows through the personal relationships they build with us. I’ve been to lots of pharmacies that make constant blunders, making it difficult to trust them, and I’d worry about picking up my medications every time I’d have to go in. Here, they take care of all the heavy lifting and I never have to worry about the fate of my prescriptions. I’ve never felt anxiety about going in and never have I worried about my medications not being ready or having some major issue where I can't fill it and I’m stuck meds-less — I love this pharmacy and can attest to the quality of the staff and their care.
