As an ultramarathon runner who loves to eat, the food in the self-serve kitchen area at the back is so good! I love the vegetarian tofu bowl, and the tomato & mozzarella flatbreads are delicious as well. Very friendly staff throughout the store and you never have to wait long at the cash.”

“I like this store, it is the discount version of Sobeys and it has great selection, the prices are way better than Sobeys too. My recent interaction with staff was also very helpful. The males staff member help me look for a regular product, and then even said he would check to see if any were "in the back" and unfortunately they were sold out.”

“I love this store for a wide variety of meat which is always fresh. You can find here liver, tongue, tail which is hard to find elsewhere. Also they have Egyptian rice, whole wheat, Italian pasta, molasses and honey etc I highly recommend this place!”
