Customer service was great and very informative thanks to Saadia Baig.
she was very patient with me despite me being new to buying mattresses as a student and informed me which would suit me and my needs. Thank you very much :)

We worked with Saadia to purchase a full new bed set. She was very kind and knowledgeable and supported our decisions. After the fact, we had to return something and again she was helpful and fair. We recommend working with Saadia!
