Previous manager was always rude and would talk down to you if you were late for a payment. Martina is firm but understands and will actually work with you. So happy she came back to this store.”

“I found this store to be your typical Home Depot in a shopping mall. There is a main entrance in the middle, the garden centre to the right and the pickup zone to the left.It was easy to find staff to ask questions. I only had 10 mins to find florescent light and pay for it. One staff directed me to the lighting section and a second staff member brought me directly to the light tubes. Then I used the self-checkout kiosks and mission accomplished, I was in and out in 10 mins.The store was tidy and clean.Review 2022-057You can also find me on Instagram @chuan_chee. Thanks.”

“Very happy !!! We have always bought our appliances here. We tried the Brick once and it was just garbage all the way around. The service the quality … the saying is true you get what you pay for. Stacey was great and she was very knowledgeable… hard to find these days. I bought 5 appliances and so far am very happy. I told her what I wanted and she made great recommendations. The delivery guys were awesome. They were very careful with delivery and set up and they made sure everything worked before they left. Will continue to shop here. Thanks Ray James & Stacey ❤️”

“My wife and I went to the NF Home Depot to purchase a replacement refrigerator. We went to HD because we always had positive experience with appliance purchases. The sales peeson name was Robert. We wished to purchase a 36inch Whirlpool fridge. Unfortunately they did not have floor model for us to measure the height (we had custom cupboards with only 70 tall opening). Robert said that they would deliver and we could measure before they unloaded it. Wide Range trucking delivered as promise but upon measuring found it would not fit. The two gentlemen from Wide Range Transport did not complain or make any smart remarks and left with the fridge to explain we did not accept the fridge.. We went to the Morrison St store to explain the situation and to get back our money. The sales Representative on duty was Darren. He too was very understanding and helpful. He made a few calls and we left the store happy customers and a full refund. We cannot be more pleased in our dealing(s) with the NF home Depot.PS we also purchased another fridge for our daughter as well.”
