“Highly recommend getting all your furniture at David’s Furniture Gallery. Customer centered service from the moment my boyfriend and I walked into his store he gave us immediate attention and helped us find the right pieces for our place. He was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Our most recent purchase was the amisco island table. We ordered it during the holiday season(November) and it arrived within 2-3 weeks(the other places we checked out said it would only be arriving in 2025). We got a very good price from David and amazing customer service. We will be returning to purchase the rest of our furniture !!!!”
“We need a few new pieces of furniture but not immediately so we visited the new Welland store in August. Dan suggested that we shop around but consider a later purchase as the upcoming sale in September would work in our favour. Sure enough, we did our homework and went in yesterday to complete the sale, one item at 50% off and the remainder at 20% discount. We thought this was an exceptional shopping experience because we got great value, most of the items were made in Canada, and the service from Dan was very friendly and efficient. He did not lean on us one bit and I felt very trusting of his recommendations. The store is well-stocked, perfectly clean, and nicely laid out. I would have no qualms referring friends to shop there.”
“We bought a custom couch and we are very happy with the quality of it! Denise and Belinda were extremely helpful. They remembered me as a customer and my order, and were always willing to answer any questions. We also met the owner Ricki who was very helpful when we placed the order. Highly recommend.”
