“I had an issue with my pre-paid plan. I was directed by customer service to visit the Koodo store to get it resolved. When I arrived I wasn't in the best of moods (some because of Koodo and some was just life in general). Brady who works there was very patient as we worked through the issue. After some initial confusion we were able to come up with a solution that was very acceptable. He saw my frustration and did what he was able to do to make it right. I walked away happy and appreciated the way Brady handled the situation.”
