Kyle and Carlos are both very professional, and fun. They're knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant.Kyle did a tip top job with getting my new phone set up, canceling the old contract and applying my trade in to my new phone.Hope they're still around next time I upgrade (if they want to be, of course :P)
