While working, they actually found two other small chips I hadn't noticed and fixed them at no extra charge through my insurance. “A traction control warning and abs warning brought me in to Dougs Autocare. I was skeptical at first because I went to other mechanics who were unable to diagnose my issue efficiently. They told me to go to the dealer but that was gonna very costly. While looking for some shops I noticed Dougs Autocare half very high ratings on Google. I called. Before coming in Doug quickly looked up the specifics regarding my vehicle and he assured me that he could fix it. He explained ways he could determine what it needed. He is very experienced and wise and good at explaining things. His confidence was infectious.
When I arrived Doug briefly guided his knowledgeable technicians and the did the work quicker than I expected. I was able to use His wifi while waiting He also has a tv to help blow time if necessary. I must say I am extremely happy! Dougs auto did the work for a very reasonable, honest and respectful price! He saved me time and money! My vehicles fixed like nothing ever happened?! I will definitely go to his shop again! Thanks Dougs Autocare for treating a first time customer like a VIP!”

“got my 1995 Isuzu trooper treated with fluid film through here, they apply it on thick and stand by this product! owner and staff were professional and easy goingmy trooper hasn't seen any undercoating since being in Ontario and they did a great jobthey even took the extra time to do the inside of the frame and crossmembers.. all you have to do is ask and they won't charge much more for a complete service.fluid film is an outstanding product, it's worth the extra money going here than going to your local Krown or rust check. I've seen trucks done at Krown locations and they always miss spots, not the case here! thanks guys”

“Recently came down to a hockey tourny from 7hrs away. We lost the heat in our 2024 Atlas. Took it in on the Friday afternoon not knowing if anything could be done on such short notice. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech confirm the blower fan died. They were able to get the part overnight and got the vehicle in the next day (Saturday). Rebecca was kind enough to get me a Uber ride to the hotel, then pick me back up. Customer service was great.
