“Good experience. Store was slightly messy and items were scattered around the store so sometimes tough to find your size as it required you to look in multiple locations around the store. Sales assistant that came to help made the process easier by looking up some sizes and getting me exactly what I needed, and letting me know if it was in store or not. She was super friendly and she found what I was looking for so she placed them on hold behind the counter. When I arrived again she was so nice. She welcomed me by name with a smile on her face. “Sickest shopping experience ever. The staff help you pick out clothes that suit the style you're going for and treat you like family. Very cool people and unique pieces that make any outfit make you look like a rockstar. It can be pricy but very much worth the price tag as these are eye catching pieces. Also gave me a huge discount which was so nice. Will absolutely be back!”

“Great experience at this Old Navy location! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate—which made shopping stress-free. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful.
The fitting rooms were tidy and well-kept, and I didn’t have to wait long for a room even though the store was fairly busy. I wish they had a bit more stock but I dont think they have control over that considering the location.
Overall, this Old Navy really stands out for both its customer service and its store presentation. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I was looking for a sweater that was not in my size in store. A sales associates named Taylor worked with me to find it online and, when it was out of stock, helped me find a similar sweater in the colour and size I wanted. She had it shipped to my house for free and encouraged me to check my email for any coupons the store had sent. Taylor also applied the store’s sale to my order before I had thought to ask. She was very thorough, patient, and helpful. I always get good service at this store but she was excellent.”
