“I was feeling really stressed out since there was fraudulent happening on my credit card and I also lost it. Calling on the phone for a support staff was taking a bit too long so I decided to go in person. I went in on February 3rd, 2024 at around 1:35 PM. I was helped by an individual named Hannah and she was very patient and kind with me throughout the process. She explained thoroughly to me what she was doing and never left me in the dark. I wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation to Hannah. Thank you!”

“This review will be short and sweet. Don't worry. There is no apocalypse. Miracles can happen.My friend and I were exploring Uxbridge for the first time yesterday. We found the Lieutenant Colonel Samuel Simpson Sharpe statue that is to the left of this CIBC branch. It sits on CIBC's land.Uxbridge is an interesting town. Businesses close early. This CIBC is open Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. True banking hours. It is not open on weekends, so I can't comment much on anything. We were there on a Saturday and couldn't check it out. There is plenty of parking behind the branch, which sits on an angle at the corner of Brock Street West and Toronto Street South. There was a ramp for those requiring accessibility assistance.It does have Instant Teller. I don't know how many ATMs are at this branch. I can only assume that you can withdraw money from one after hours.It is a nicely maintained branch when you look at it from the outside. The flowers and trees look great.If you do need a human, you'll need to drop by this branch during business hours. It feels like a throwback to before we had Sunday shopping at this branch and banks were closed on weekends.(300)”

“I received excellent service at this location. My lawyer friend had to leave for a family emergency and she added me to her known acquaintance for managing her closings. This location took care of everything and made each transaction seamless. A big shout out to ANGEL. She was beyond good. She asked me all details and listened to what was being asked of her. Took notes and offered solutions if something was missing. Thats good banking - you help the customer and offer solutions for their banking needs. I would always go here and ask for Angel.”

“I’ve been trying to secure my mortgage since May 2023 and I’m still getting the run around at this branch. I’ve gone in to the bank and requested to speak to a manager and each time I was given an excuse why he/she is not available when I have a question for them. This is not acceptable in my books. Every day I wait I’m loosing 100’s dollars in interest to the bank. I’m all out of options! This is so frustrating.Update: August 2nd, I’m changing my rating from 2 to 4 since the Branch manager (Cheri) took over it’s been handled really well. “5/5 stars. I had a regular credit card with cashback being little to nothing. I've contacted the bank and I had the associate Helen help me sign up for an aeroplan credit card which she explained all of the benefits in detail. welcome points, first year waived... After that she was proactive with helping me invest in TFSA and she handed me off to her associate Jacky. He helped me super quick and told me what would benefit me in the long run based on my age, income and how much money i had to invest. Super simple and well detailed. I also come to the bank often to deposit and withdraw and all of the tellers are so amazing. Excellent customer service and such a clean place. I can tell everyone cares about their environment as the fish tank is super clean and cool!”

“This is a remarkable service to George Dahab, Financial Planner in this branch, I walked into the branch with my aged father because my Mom just passed away, wanted to have some of their accounts fixed unfortunately I didn't realized that I need to book an appointment ahead and it need to schedule for another 2 weeks later before I can see a specialist to get these done.
