“EXCEPTIONAL STAFF and SERVICE!!! The manager Andru and sales associate Tamika, (I hope I got your name correct) were MOST HELPFUL in acquiring items for me through their warehouse that I wasn’t able to get on the website. The sales associate also advised me I qualified for price adjustments as things were on now on sale since I ordered them online. Adjustments were made at the Fairview store and I saved a lot of money! This information was NOT forthcoming from customer service reps on the website, only very poor service and rude people on the phone whenever I contacted them. I won’t be shopping on the website any longer, I will drive out of my way to the Fairview Mall store for their exceptional service in their clean, organized and very well maintained store. Thank you for exceptional customer service!”

She kindly allowed me to leave my purchase with the store since I paid with Amex and had to leave the country. They processed my return without requiring me to come back, and I really appreciated this—it was pure golden service. They refunded me within a couple of days once their system was up and running again.”
