He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me and we found a band that my fiancée (now wife )absolutely loved. He also sold me a fantastic diamond at a great price. Far less than the local jewelry stores I had visited in the Windsor area. I really had a great experience with Phoenix Jewelry and have sent my friends there for engagement rings as well. Also have purchased a few watches over the years as well as jewelry for my wife. Highly recommend! The owners are very welcoming and they make the environment very easy going. Not stuffy at all!”

The repair was done quickly, the watch was cleaned and received a new battery, all for a very reasonable price. Second, I brought one of my father's watches that was missing the backing to the watch and it was repaired very quickly! Highly recommend.”
