“I wanted something truly special for my granddaughter’s baptism, and On Time Jewellers brought my idea to life beautifully.
I found a photo online for inspiration and brought in gold necklaces and a diamond pendant that had belonged to my late grandmother. He melted down her gold to create both the heart and the cross, then hand-carved the cross and set diamonds from her pendant into it.
The finished bracelet is absolutely beautiful—the photo doesn’t do it justice. Knowing my granddaughter will have a piece of her great-great-grandmother’s jewellery makes it even more meaningful. I’m so grateful for the care and craftsmanship that went into this keepsake.”

His calling the gentleman that was making my ring to making sure I was happy with it. He knows some tricks of the trade for getting your ring to fit. “Shopping for the elite. I was greeted by a young man, asking me what is it I am there for. He hesitated to allow me in to look... I am actually a well established jeweller by trade, so I wasn't going to allow him to intimidate me. I was straight and said, I still want to look around. I was served by a kind saleslady, who sold me a pair of earrings and she did the bag with tissue and a lovely bag...nice presentation. They ask you for your driver's license...a thing I have never asked a client for, and I used to work for the most prestigious jewellery store in Toronto on Bloor St. We too also had a pay duty cop at the door. I did voice my opinion about the greeter at the door, was standoffish to my saleslady. However, I did find they had a nice selection of lovely items, and it is special to receive a gift from this store.”

If you are looking to find replacements to a vintage dining or glass wear set, looking to add to a collection, this place is definitely for you, it is crazy how much stuff they have! Watch your step it’s easy to trip over something. Some parts of the store are dimly lit.”

“I went in as a very disappointed Facebook marketplace purchase. I bought a Michael Hill automatic watch on marketplace, and the band was way too small.
I went in, and the gentleman immediately sized the band and gave me options on stainless steel bands he could order, and also showed me the leather options he had to the size. I asked his opinion on which leather band looked the best in his opinion, and could be happier. Thank you for helping me!!!
