“Hi Everyone! Had to post a thankful review on Google for these Guys, 1st time customer. Bought a gently used Galaxy S10 from Khalid he helped me buy placing a screen protector on my new phone as a new customer. The price is competitive, but the warranty helps most. Because that in itself helps me know that I can add my phone provider to this phone! Just bought a marketplace phone for $70 and it wasn’t supported by my service. Ughh! Come be a new customer.”

“Tyler was awesome. I did not start service but he did well in explaining the ins and outs of the phone and the different plans that were in my budget. He was patient and knowledgeable about your products. If I do come to ATT I would like to work with him again. Josh was great too.”

“I stopped into the AT&T store in Grosse Pointe Woods to switch my service from Verizon, and I have to say this was one of the best mobile provider experiences I’ve ever had. I first worked with Dalton, and then with Alec and Oz, and the entire team was outstanding from start to finish. What really stood out to me was the realness of everyone there. No pressure, no upsell games, no confusing answers - just honest, straightforward people who genuinely want to help. It was easily one of the most simple, smooth, and transparent transactions I can remember when dealing with a phone carrier. Usually, these kinds of experiences feel a bit… icky. You know the vibe—not quite “middle of the mall kiosk,” but most stores definitely have shades of that energy. This place was the complete antithesis of that. It felt clean, direct, and refreshingly human. Without a doubt, I will recommend this location to anyone looking to switch or upgrade. Their ease of transaction, professionalism, and authentic desire to help customers is truly top-tier. A+ team”

“I went to this location with my daughter, and we were treated with such respect by Frank and Fred. They sold my daughter a phone that she desperately needed at a great price, and included screen protector and protective case. I live a few cities over, but this will be my new location for in-person customer service. Thank you.”

“Layth is seriously the best! I was in MI for vacation and my phone broke completely. Since I work from my phone it was imperative that I get a new one STAT! I must also mention I was looking to get out of my Tmobile plan, so Layth took the reigns and totally took care of me. In a matter of 30 minutes, had me signed up with a new Sprint plan with 2 brand new iphones, screen protectors.. the works! This plan is the same price as I currently pay except I didn't have all the bells and whistles like FREE HULU! I called to thank Layth later for making this all a very painless and fast process. He told me I also received 2 $100 gift cards for switching. I am very happy with my service at this location and would recommend that anyone who is having phone trouble or needing to get on a new or cheaper plan.. GO HERE!!!! They will take care of you. Thanks Layth! -T”

“I usually go to the Metro PCS at 8 mile and Evergreen because it is close to my house, but had caught the salesperson there lying to me. Twice now he’s told me my phone is irreparable and I’d have to buy a new one, I came to this place for a second opinion, and they were able to fix it for me free of charge! When I buy a new phone, I’m coming here! Delighted with the service!”
