“My dude at the counter set me up so well! He charged me $60 to restore the huge cracks on my iPhone 13 Pro. It was demolished because I do lots of work on ladders and it fell outta my pocket ☠ He also cleaned the charging port, free of charge! Couldn’t recommend it enough and will be back! Excellent customer service and wait time! Thank you 🙏”

“Went to Claude for a cracked screen, and this guy was awesome. When he fixed my phone unfortunately a mistake was made when clamping down with his tool to seal the screen and it cracked a little. However he gets 5 stars because of how he handled it. Accidents happen no matter what but how one handles it is where you find out what kind of customer service you get. He was extremely apologetic and made sure the screen was replaced. When I offered to cover the cost of the second screen since this is a local business he refused. Thanks Claude, you're a real one!”

“I had an excellent experience with the AT&T staff, and I especially want to recognize my sales representative, John. He was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. John did a fantastic job explaining my options and answering all of my questions. He was also able to recommend additional products and services that were a great fit for my needs without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. His approach was genuinely helpful and customer-focused. It’s refreshing to receive this level of service, and I truly appreciate the time and effort John took to make sure I had a great experience. I look forward to working with him again in the future. AT&T should be proud to have someone like John on their team!”

“So I had an issue with installing AT&T fiber that NO ONE on the phone could solve, so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Dominic, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have been on the phone with at&t for the last few days with no progress. He followed up for me since the visit to make sure I get fiber. I finally do have it installed, so I hope he gets the commission associated with it because everyone else at AT&T that I did speak to has, for lack of better words, pretty useless, because they had me go around in circles and stressed me out for about a week. Highly highly recommend going here for complicated issues that need resolution.”

“I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Jazzmin D. at AT&T in Ferndale! From the moment I came in, she was kind, professional, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about AT&T’s products, services, and current promotions. I initially needed help selecting the right phone for my business, but Jazzmin took the time to understand what I actually needed and ended up helping me with so much more. She helped me choose the right business phone, switch to a faster and more cost-efficient internet service, and find a better streaming TV option—all for a fraction of what I had been paying with Xfinity. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or like I was simply being sold something. Jazzmin explained my options, answered my questions, and made sure the services I chose actually made sense for my needs and my budget. Exceptional customer service is worth recognizing, and Jazzmin absolutely deserves that recognition. She made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. AT&T has an incredible representative in Jazzmin, and I would happily recommend working with her to anyone!”

She was very kind and knew exactly what she was talking about in terms of phones and even spent an hour transferring my Auntie's 11 year old phone data to her new phone! Shantrice gave us the best phone store experience we have ever had! I’m not sure if the bot sent my review so I pasted here again.”
