“Shantrice is absolutely amazing! She gave my mom and I every discount available, Shantrice and my mom both are fighting stage 4 cancer. And we bonded talking about our experiences. She was very kind and knew exactly what she was talking about in terms of phones and even spent an hour transferring my Auntie's 11 year old phone data to her new phone! Shantrice gave us the best phone store experience we have ever had!

“So I had an issue with installing AT&T fiber that NO ONE on the phone could solve, so I decided to go to the nearest AT&T store. Dominic, the store manager, went above and beyond to fix my issue. I have been on the phone with at&t for the last few days with no progress. He followed up for me since the visit to make sure I get fiber. I finally do have it installed, so I hope he gets the commission associated with it because everyone else at AT&T that I did speak to has, for lack of better words, pretty useless, because they had me go around in circles and stressed me out for about a week. Highly highly recommend going here for complicated issues that need resolution.”

“Lucian is a TRUE breath of fresh air, amidst this lackluster , he was certain Boost, where a great guy was there then turned it over to a very bad guy, who wouldn't bad guy as far as customer service, It didn't take me long to switch over to Boost. Lucian truly stands out as a model example of customer service, he was very kind, always informs ppl of how things where things how things are going, and modest as well, then he informed me that he only wants him he only works there 2 days a month!! He's too humble of a guy to say more but it's the first time I've been there, so I can't compare him to others who work there and I don't him personally ,but I was happy to have accidentally come on one of his days , I want Lucian to get special recognition for how he treated me , another Spanish guy ,and and another older gentleman , I pay attention to detail...and I could go on - but I'll leave it there - outstanding !!! 5 stars all the way!!”

“Bam! Done! New battery in my old iPhone 8 that Apple wouldn't touch. The two guys I met in this shop are kind, polite, friendly, and generous. They are going places, like Hewlet & Packard. Phone was done in 45 minutes, and it's holding a charge nicely. Don't toss your electronics in a landfill without letting these guys take a swing at fixing them, and saving the planet along the way. Not only did she make me feel confident about switching to AT&T but she helped me understand all the ins and out of my new phone that I got with might new line as well. She made the set up easy peasy without the stress that I’d normally endure doing it by myself. Scout was very welcoming and didn’t drag her feet to get started with me. She got me the best deal for a phone line that I’ve had in years.
10/10 experience and I will be happy to return to Madison Heights to see Scout specifically.”
