    The service is very slow. They always seem to be busy, and it takes a long time before they get to other customer

    Dont open any accounts in Rbc. All staff not co-operative and rude . Just seat on chair. I will transfer all my business to other financial institutions

    They don't even deserve one star but I have no choice. There were long customers line but No one is called for 30 minutes. When customer asked when we will be served, they're like arguing back to us. This branch need to be closed.
