Delivery and white glove installation are a must!”

“I had been to the Rife's on Riverside Dr. before and wasn't very impressed with the selection or the customer service so when someone asked me if I had been to the one on Fescue St SE. I was confused. Another store? When? How did I miss it?
Well, I went to see what was offered and was I in for a surprise!! The store is gorgeous, the furniture and accessories are beautiful, the customer service was amazing, and I was gobsmacked that I had been missing this place all this time by lumping it in with the other store that I had gone to!
Manny (the supervisor that I worked with) was so personable and really knew about the furnishings that he had in his store! He answered all my questions, made suggestions that would help me in making the best decision for my house and my needs, and really went out of his way to make me feel as if I was the most important person in the store!
There was a bit of a delay in getting the chair I ordered; however, Manny called me every week or so to keep me updated on the status and to let me know when I could expect it to be ready for delivery. And he was right on the money!
When my chair finally got to me, it was (and still is) the most perfect chair for me! It is soft and comfy, it is one that I can sink into to let me cares drift away while I watch TV or a movie, and I am so happy I went to Rife's!! I have been telling my friends about my experience and so I thought I would share it with everyone!

If you know that going in, it's not a big deal.I liked their selection of goods and they have an extensive catalog to order from as well.I would have preferred straight pricing rather than the jack it up and then give me a discount way of doing business, but I guess that says how much you like to haggle.Overall I received excellent help, and then either product line very well. Certainly somewhere I would go back to if I was in the market for these type of furniture that they carried.”
“We purchased a special order twin bed, dresser, and nightstand through Scandinavian Designs where we live in Minnesota. We went to pick up the furniture using our pick up truck and on the way home, the nightstand flipped out of the back of our truck while we were going 70 mph on the highway It landed hard and rolled many times. Upon arriving home and removing it from the box, we were astonished that it was still intact. There were a couple of corners that had gotten a little beat up, so we called Wood Castle and Pam was kind enough to arrange a new top be shipped to us at a minimum cost so that we could replace it. As we were trying to fix it, it became very clear just how solidly and well made this furniture is. The quality is tops and the customer service we received was five stars. Highly recommend.”

“Target has, on a smaller scale, what you can find at Walmart. It is clean, comfortable and friendly. The customers have a less hurried feel in this store. I find shopping when the holidays are near it still is a good shopping experience. I like their willingness to help you find what you're looking for from staff.”
