Many customers find it a great place to get what they need, with a very clean store and friendly, knowledgeable staff who are helpful and can be found within a short distance. Some note excellent customer service and adequate help, especially in departments like flowers and plants. However, others feel customer service can be hard to find, and some wish for better cell service in the store to help locate items. A common observation is that costs have gone up. Overall, it is a place to tackle any project, big or small.
