Kyle spent over 45+ minutes helping me troubleshoot my issue while multitasking very efficiently and making sure all customers got their needs met! He made excellent recommendations for another customer and had a great positive attitude! Very personable! He was determined to fix my issue, assuring me that T-Mobile wouldn’t let me down.
