I've banked with Umpqua for 5 years and never a problem. In fact, they have the best customer service. When an online merchant double charged me, Umpqua took care of it. Definitely 5 stars.

I come here very often for business deposits and they are always very fast and efficient. All the bank tellers in the drive thru send me back suckers for my kids even without me asking. Great bank!
