“I've only been to this harbor freight once and I will have to say that I was impressed in almost every way compared to the Beaverton location by the DMV. I will have to say though that this location as well as the Beaverton location are horribly located. They're not close to anything. They're far away and just the type of strip malls that they're in are really terrible. Poor design. Poor parking structures most the time they're needed to be repainted so whoever owns and runs. These strip malls needs to get on their job and have a better environment. However, the harbor freight itself is great. This location was well stocked on all inventory. Well staffed with enough people there. I actually found there to be an overamount of people compared to other harbor freights but that's great because we want to have people who we can ask questions to and people who are able to stock the shelves and inventory. If I live closer this would be my choice to go to for harbor freight”

“Better prices here than at home depot for most items. They have a better selection of flooring options here, but their vanity options were lacking. Good thing home depot is right next door so you can shop at both. The employees seem to know where everything is if you get a chance to ask them.”
“I previously left a one-star review because of a really rough experience I had with a salesman. However the manager reached out to me as soon as he got back in the office and was very apologetic for the way things went down.
His apology gave me tons of confidence in the company and I am going to continue to use them for my sprayer needs.

This particular store is always clean and well stocked. The restroom is under lock and key but clean. Employees are knowledgeable, patient and will help willingly if needed. Every time I've gone in, it's been a pleasant experience. 5 stars from me!”

“We live close to St John’s Ace Hardware & are frequent shoppers. They are always helpful & pleasant when we bring our projects in. Today I didn’t bring in a big, expensive project as we normally seem to do. Our hummingbird feeder hanger cracked & broke & all I needed to do was get a screw eye ($2.94) & a bolt ($.35) to fix it. It was really quite wonderful that the salesman was helpful, respectful, & actually interested in my project. I’m sorry I don’t know his name… big guy. Kudos, Ace Hardware! It’s nice to have you in the hood.
