“So right before that snow / ice storm I was looking for a 4 prong cable for the generator and I saw there is one in stock on the website. By the time I got there it was gone but I have asked the staff and they called the other store nearby and they had it available, placed on hold for me and I’ve got what I needed, on time. “We had ordered toilets from Home Depot , we had not heard from the installer after a couple days , contacted store and Jennifer Whitmore followed up and they called same day to set up appt , We got measurements done and quote as well from HD for carpets ( good value I might add) Went into store to set it up and it was Jennifer again she was busy taking calls and helping others she worked me in and took care of everything right away had installer text me 5 mins after leaving store to set up appt. A great asset for store in Sherwood”

“I fell in love with a chandelier from Hubbardton Forge. I did lots of research onIine and called North Coast Lighting, as we'd had another good experience there a few years ago. Holly Long answered the phone. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the ordering process so easy. I needed an additional 3' of chain, for which she didn't have a part number and needed to contact HF. She followed up as promised and emailed me first thing this morning with the price for the chain. She had already heard back from HF with a lead time for the chandelier and it was less than what she anticipated. Great customer service!!!”

“If you want quality lumber at box store prices, in the area, there isnt much better of a place to find it. I have tried all of the bog box stores in the area and the wood quality is never as good as PARR. Not only that but you don't have to deal with the crowds of DIY enthusiast's or contractors that go in and poach all of the decent lumber from those stores. Don't get me wrong, those stores are convenient especially when you need more than wood, but bang for your buck, this is where you should get wood within a 20 mile radius!”

“It's a small Ace Hardware location in a suburban area (as implied by the name) but it has pretty much anything you need inside. Good use of space, and fairly well organized. Employees are helpful and efficient. I went in to get a spare key made and came out very quickly.”
