“Popped in here to pick up an online order. I had to use the locker system (new to me) and Tessa at the customer service desk was so kind and helped me out. I never have a problem coming here. A few years ago my son got hurt at this location (he was okay!) and Home Depot went above and beyond for my family then and so I always come back to this location and they never disappoint. Over the past months employees from different departments have been the best helpers, even if they are unsure ( or new) we figure it out together. I will try to update this more regularly since I feel like it is unique for a home improvement store to feel homey.”
“Nice store. A lot of good selections. Always a pleasant experience coming here. I prefer going to ace over other hardware stores due to the fact that Ace carries a better selection of items over a broader base. I do a lot of automotive repairs and the faster and fittings selections couldn't be better for me.
The staff are always polite and can answer questions if needed.”
