“Decent selection of the basics, but lacks the inventory of the larger stores. Aisles are also narrow, making it a bit awkward when purchasing multiple large items.”

“Great company to do business with . I talked with Catherine on a Wednesday , and she was quite knowledgeable about their products . I placed the order with her and she said I should see it delivered the next day . Sure enough , it arrived and was exactly what I needed . She had also sent pics of the different plastics to choose from . Anyways , I’m pretty impressed . Now days it rare to deal with company’s like Multi-craft . Thanks again Catherine ?”

“Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”
“Had the BEST customer service experience with Tom at the paint department! It was busy and yet he took the time to stop, smile and greet me, gave helpful paint suggestions and made sure I got all the right supplies for my projects! His customer service was a level 10 from beginning to end. This store should be very lucky to have him because in my experience, amazing customer service is a rare thing these days.”

“I've only been to this harbor freight once and I will have to say that I was impressed in almost every way compared to the Beaverton location by the DMV. I will have to say though that this location as well as the Beaverton location are horribly located. They're not close to anything. They're far away and just the type of strip malls that they're in are really terrible. Poor design. Poor parking structures most the time they're needed to be repainted so whoever owns and runs. These strip malls needs to get on their job and have a better environment. However, the harbor freight itself is great. This location was well stocked on all inventory. Well staffed with enough people there. I actually found there to be an overamount of people compared to other harbor freights but that's great because we want to have people who we can ask questions to and people who are able to stock the shelves and inventory. If I live closer this would be my choice to go to for harbor freight”
