Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store, committed to being the helpful hardware place in the community. The staff is consistently friendly, approachable, personable, and eager to help, with personal service that makes customers feel valued. It is larger than some locations with a fairly wide variety of inventory and a surprising amount of stock, though product selection for specific items can sometimes be limited. The store is easy to get in and out of with short wait times. They are known for going above and beyond to resolve any issues, creating a convenient and helpful shopping experience that includes thoughtful touches like a water bowl for dogs.
I was in this store today and three of the nicest young employees helped me find the right batteries for my car fab & garage door opener. They were not just helpful they were super kind and professional. This Ace always has great customer service & today was just another example. Thank you .
