I was willing to take only half the number I wanted, but then Abbie managed to locate a second sleeve, and even gave me a warning callback when she discovered they would be closing an hour early! Amazing service and, I should add, less than half the price per unit I was quoted elsewhere.”

“I just want to write about a recent experience I had at Costco. After completing my purchase, I went to the food court to get a slice of pizza and accidentally dropped my pizza and purchases (including eggs and fresh raspberries) which made a big mess. Amber came over and immediately cleaned up the mess and then replaced my slice of pizza before heading over to get replacement eggs and raspberries. She was very friendly and empathetic the entire time and I truly appreciate her genuine kindness. While the prices at Costco are great, Amber's level of service and dedication is what puts a smile on my face and keeps me coming back.”

“Today at the Tigard Costco I wanted to purchase potting soil that was on sale. Since each bag is 60 pounds I am unable to lift them. I asked for help! A young man named Johnathan came and put them in my cart. Then he also took it to the checkout, waited and took it out the door. He did not stop there, he took it to my car and put it into my car! What a true gentleman!! Thank you to Johnathan, you sure saved me!! And my tomatoes will thank you!!”

“Special ordered a 10" round vanilla cake for daughter's birthday party. Requested a plain cake with no crumble on sides. Asked for white rosette dots on edge and black lettering if possible. The cake design and lettering was so beautifully done! Everyone was impressed and asked where we got the cake. We added some sprinkles on the sides. Would highly recommend.”

“After using Fred Meyer pharmacy for years, I’m so mad we don’t change sooner. Costco like everything else they offer is so much more efficient, they answer their phone, and are always friendly. If you’re looking to move away from a grocery store pharmacy, I would 100% recommend Costco. The 3.5 star current rating doesn’t do them justice.”

“I purchased new tires recently and the tire center was very fast! They only took 30 minutes when they estimated 1.5 hours. Both people who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful as well! They offer retorquing after 25 miles and tire rotation after 5k miles as well!”
“Got a nail in my tire and was told it was not repairable. Since my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all 4 tires. I spoke with Joe and he helped me get in the next day after buying the tires. Paid $696 for my tires which for me was a great price. People think Joe is rude and dismissive but I love that mans personality. At the end of the day, he gets the job done. Very happy with Joe and my entire experience. ???”

“I do 30% of my shopping here, 20% at Costco and 50% at Freddy's. We make a ton of pizzas for friends and families and for our particular needs, Chef's store always has a wide variety of pizza cheese, blocks of romano and parmesan, fresh crispy Romaine lettuce, half gallons of heavy cream, bags of jalapenos and cilantro, bags of pizza flour, and large containers of condiments like pickles or Mayo are always a better price here than other stores. They will also have items that Costco doesn't carry and generally in the same price range that Costco offers. They supply a lot of restaurants and food trucks in the area. Easy parking, easy to get in and out, and usually very little wait time to check out. If you have the freezer room to put a box of puff pastry sheets in it, the price blows Fred Meyers out of the water.”
