The unit was clean, maybe by luck but my unit was next to the door. Cart in hallway to assist me and when I couldn't remember the gate code, a phone call directed me in minutes to solve that problem too. I loved this place!”

“Found online. Price was fair. I was a bit confused and had questions so I called the 800 number. The first person I spoke with gave me what I later learned was erroneous information. I hung up from her and was getting ready to go to the storage unit office when my phone rang! It was the actual property manager Bill. He was kind, friendly, professional and gave me the correct information. I truly appreciated his assistance. My questions were answered and I’m confident I made the right choice.”
