“Original truck was not returned on time at another facility. I was told I would have to wait as there were no other trucks of that size in 100 miles. Asked if I could get two smaller ones. Was denied. Took it upon myself to call around. The Manager here (forget name) told me I will solve this and get you a truck. They have the same size truck available for "in town" delivery per Uhaul policy due to high miles (143,000... Not very high).I could rent that for quoted price but it had to be returned here. (Original was one way). Circumstances allowed for a friend to return it in the morning,That is what I call taking care of a customer. Uhaul should take note. Follow this manager's example.”

“Stopped by Pacific Rentals Inc to get some rates on storage space. Office was closed, however, there was a number posted to call the facility manager. Good looking facility, lots of activity going on. Appears to be a well secured area as there are multiple cameras throughout.”

“My partner and I have been going through a hellish moving experience and our father was able to call and set up the storage unit on the phone with Amy. I was able to come get the keys and was amazed that she was like a magical wizard, so incredibly kind especially when we were feeling so stressed she explained everything to me and was right there to set me up for success! The place is a fortress and they have thought of everything to keep it secure for their customers which I am excited about. I’ve never seen such a beautiful storage unit. Thank you to Amy for her above and beyond help, she is truly an asset as well as a light in the darkness. I feel lucky to be able to meet this kind human during the stress I have been under and I drove away smiling knowing I would have my stuff safe.
