“I have used Acuff storage in Sheridan and they are extremely accessible and extremely wonderful to work with and for it a storage unit that is open 24/7 is wonderful and a great asset to have if in any community however the people that run this one are extremely wonderful they are caring and all around great people to work with at a storage facility because you probably won't have anyone at any other storage facility that drives so hard to work with their clients / customers too make them happy so for that we here in Sheridan Oregon are extremely lucky and grateful to have the people that run this storage facility ?? so two thumbs up for sure when I first tried to get into the storage unit just over my things at an extremely last minute they did everything they could to work with me to get me in as soon as humanly possible that someone else was leaving that I could come in right behind them and move my stuff in that same day because I was in such a pinch then for the lock that I needed to purchase they had here was extremely cheap probably the cheapest lock I've ever purchased at a storage facility and I don't mean cheap as in doesn't work well I mean inexpensive so that they weren't price gouging the customer so I was extremely happy for that because you don't see that and I have rented lots of storage units in my life for many many a Year's and I have never seen that and then also when I'm trying to get my things out they have been extremely extremely manageable trying to work with me on my needs to help me with so that we both came out happy in the end and I'm extremely grateful to be able to know these people and work with them so an overall great experience..??”
