“Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Whether it was the contractors that built my house, or the previous owner, I am constantly uncovering and fixing problems with my home. Some of the problems that I have presented to staff were so unique that it drew the attention of multiple employees. Never once in the 14 years since I purchased my home has staff not had an answer, or in the worst scenarios were able to point me in the right direction. Although I don't want to know how much money I have spent there over the years, it has been worth every penny.”

Salesfloor associates have been very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions… hit or miss with associates at checkout (sometimes friendly, sometimes don’t even say hi back). Usually come here if Lowe’s doesn’t have what I need.”

“Great price and customer service! I could not find any metal grip locally so ordered some from Tognar. I only paid for ground shipping and left a note to let them know that I needed it in a few days.They physically highlighted my note on the packing slip and shipped it via Priority Mail! I don't think they made any money on my order by doing so since my order was very small. Thank you Tognar. You guys are the best!”
