“A very interesting store in Baker City. We were going through Baker City on our way to the Eagle Cap Wilderness and needed to get a few last items, namely DEET. First we went to Bimart but they were completely sold out so they recommended York's. Kind of hard to describe this place. A mix between a general store, convenience store, outdoors store, and hardware store, but also with lots of guns for sale. A real American place. We weren't expecting the large food selection there and we had just eaten breakfast, otherwise we definitely would have digged in. There was a good selection of fried foods, but they also had a robust sandwich menu. We were able to get our DEET and a couple other small items. If you need a place for a quick bite and you're by Baker City, York's is definitely the spot.”

“Visiting Baker City on business and needed to clean the car this morning so I stopped here for a car wash. All went well, my car looked so much better after it went through the car wash. I decided my inner windows needed help(we brought our dogs and had dog spots all over) so I went inside and a lovely lady welcomed me in. I looked at their car stuff and picked up an air freshener but I could not find something specific for windows. I told her my issue and she was awesome! She grabbed some paper towels and her own window cleaner...look, not everyone would go out of their way. I know this and I thank her. The car smells good and no drool on windows. I did not catch her name but I give her 5 stars.”
