“I went to FCCU in Forest Grove because I was so sick of Chase. You can never talk to a human at Chase! I worked with Shari Holland, the Branch Manager, who always solves all my problems. I moved my retirement savings there because I can ALWAYS talk to a human!! My dad has an account there now, too. Why? Because we can always walk in and talk to a human (kind, funny, conscientious humans to boot)!! I have never had a bad experience there and between Shari and Chelsee (investment services), complicated things get done right and fast!! Super impressed!”
“It's a bank. The facility is fine compared to other banking facilities. Wells Fargo bank is a good bank for me because it has an account for people who are incompetent with handling their money. I get extra help against fraud and with my credit rating.”

“This is a small bank and so, still has great customer service. I actually looked forward to going in. They know their stuff. Although, a couple of times the computers were "down" and things had to be done by hand, which takes longer. Not sure what the cause was.”
“Not bad for wells fargo. Staff has always been quick about greeting and making sure you don't need other assistance rather than standard banking and waiting in line if there is one. The parking lot exits to 10th street and baseline are both best when taking a right and can get backed up during heavy traffic hours.”
