“My wife and I have used this location for over 27 years now. We have 3 local businesses and use USPS a lot. Mark and the current staff here are amazing. Every now and then I stop in at Neaf rd. and am reminded of just how great this location is!”
“I have found after 15 years doing business at this Clackamas Post Office to be extremely helpful everyday and as fast ,giving the help and answering customer questions, to be the very best caring people with a degree in understanding patience and Honesty.”
“Love the new location. Isn't as packed as it used to be, got the young man up front who was very knowledgeable and kind. favorite post office in the area by far!!!”
“Small PO with friendly staff. Minus 1 star because they no longer deliver packages to our road. All the other carriers do. Unfortunately, I don't always get to pick who delivers to me.”
“This post office is always very friendly and efficient. Everyone who works here has been extremely nice and they do well with the amount of people they have. Before moving here I dreaded going to the post office but not anymore.”
“Alex Yzaguirre was extremely helpful and nice. He tried really hard to find my missing mail. I forgot to stay on the line for the survey but wanted to make sure he got the credit he deserved.”
“I have the mail lady in the state of Oregon and beyond I'm sure! She always goes above and beyond, I never get anybody else's mail only my own, she's very personable and I hope she never leaves the post office!!!! Thank you so much Mo for all your hard work!”
“I feel like they are super understaffed, often waiting long time to get packages. But the people who work there are friendly and often have to deal with rude customers probably due to a lack of staffing”
“I have been trying to retrieve a Christmas gift that was shipped internationally and delivered to my work mailbox (my work mailbox key opens a box for a different store in my complex, so I cannot access our specific box). I have made many attempts to put in a request to have it redelivered with no luck or response from USPS. Luckily as I was leaving today, I was able to catch the mail carrier, Abigail, who was kind enough to open the box and after checking my ID, was able to give me the gift that had been sitting in the box since late January. Abigail went above and beyond to give excellent customer service and did more in about 3 minutes than the USPS has done in 3 months. Please recognize her for her efforts.”
“How dare the post office follow government policy, and federal law! This post office refused to vault over my electric fence. Run past my 3 attack dogs, and have it on my door my 10am! This is absolutely unfair!”
