“Just a quick update as I continue to live here 7 years after this review was written. Everything below continues to hold true! The fact I am still here after 7 years proves it. I do want to add that I am disabled and I am very grateful for the staffs help and understanding as my needs can be different from the average person. The staff continue to do their best for any of those needs. They have been exceptional.
Amazing staff!! Great grounds! Great Apartment! I moved from Chicago and they helped me step by step to make sure that everything went incredibly smooth. Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. I am a for life renter and it all about the service and Center Pointe has it!”
“We loved our experience touring with Rebecca, and we were so grateful at how attentive she was to all of the details in helping us make a smooth transition. Our first walk through was not ideal as to the state of the apartment, and there are still a few maintenance requests to be filled, but the main ones were taken care of very quickly. We appreciate the support and understanding of Rebecca and everyone else in the office who helped communicate these updates with us. Thank you!”

“I've only been living here for less than a week, and managed to lock myself out of my apartment the first time I took out my trash/carboard. I got incredibly lucky and bumped into Kevin down in the lobby and he helped me back in within minutes. I've never lived somewhere with staff this friendly. Thanks again Kevin!”

“I was only there because of my friend that used to live in my apartments at cedar hills apartments moved over to him and I have to move somewhere with plants and things and she was on the second floor and that's probably as much as I know about the apartment it seems like a nice place and I can't recommend it either way”
“I have lived on this property for over 25 years. I've lived through 2 separate property management companies, countless management teams, and originally came here as a painter/groundskeeper, employed by one of them.
The current management team of Selene and the maintenance leader(forgive me, I never need maintenance so his name escapes me) and crew, are the epitome example of a team that keeps me comfortable and secure in my home life, and have never failed in any request, though few, I may have asked of them, once both helping me track down someone who had parked in my assigned space, so I could relax after a long days work.
I appreciated that.
I've lived almost half my life here, and it's now in the best hands to this date.”
“I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been renting here for 2 years and have had no issues besides maybe some HUMAN errors. This management has left us alone. Isn't over bearing, gives proper and formal written notices for any house work/increases, ect.I've really only dealt with Angie and she's amazing. I highly recommend this place because of her. She's made everything so smooth for us since day one.”
“I have been here almost a year and it's one of the best apartment complexes I've rented from. It is in a beautiful neighborhood right next to the Fanno Creek trail and wetlands, it is close to services, it is extremely quiet, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is clean. My only real complaint is that they don't maintain the exterior of the buildings very well. There's visible mold, a lot of moss, and spider webs and they don't pressure wash the windows (and refused to do so when asked). I'm sure the owners know that these bad habits will slowly destroy their property, but what can you do? It's a small price to pay, especially due to my last reason for loving it here...
Sandy, the on-site manager, is wonderful. She and her small crew manage this place very well. She is super kind and promptly responds to concerns. She'll even give you a card on your birthday! I hope she gets regular raises, because being an office manager myself, I know her job isn't easy and she is nailing it.”

The property is very well maintained, maintenance requests get answered and addressed very quickly. The office staff has been incredible to work with. I have zero complaints and would recommend this property to any friend or family looking for a space of their own.”
“I love living here. The ladies in the office are wonderful, the maintenance staff is on point and the grounds (landscape) is very well kept. Auto pay for rent payment is an excellent option.”

“Would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone and everyone. Kelsey is amazing. I needed a pet sitter for the first time ever for my two specials needs kitties, one senior with CKD and another with asthma. I was super anxious having to leave both kitties for work, but Kelsey was awesome and made me feel at ease. She had experience and knowledge of both their issues and knew what to do. She gave constant feedback on how they were doing after each visit and sent pictures. She was so awesome, I immediately asked and booked another time for her to take care of them for a week, while I had to be at a mandatory work event three months later. Would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone and everyone.”
