“We love Tessera's location! We're walking distance to the train, giving us easy access to the airport. Multiple dining options are also within walking distance in downtown Orenco Station. The one bedroom with den floorplan really fit our needs, allowing our granddaughter to spend overnights with us. The secure parking ramp is particularly appreciated, with a Zip Car available, if the need arises. We have been impressed by how responsive the on-site management has been to our needs, going so far as to put items delivered to our door into our apartment when requested to do so. The overall facility is well-maintained. The food trucks that appear regularly on site are a particularly appreciated perk. We don't have a pet, but we can vicariously love all the pet traffic while sitting on our patio. Great place to live!”

We’ve never had any issues or complaints. The building is always clean, well maintained, and has great amenities. What really stands out, though, is the staff. They’re amazing and have consistently made Indigo a great place to live.”

“Would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone and everyone. Kelsey is amazing. I needed a pet sitter for the first time ever for my two specials needs kitties, one senior with CKD and another with asthma. I was super anxious having to leave both kitties for work, but Kelsey was awesome and made me feel at ease. She had experience and knowledge of both their issues and knew what to do. She gave constant feedback on how they were doing after each visit and sent pictures. She was so awesome, I immediately asked and booked another time for her to take care of them for a week, while I had to be at a mandatory work event three months later. Would highly recommend Kelsey to anyone and everyone.”

I do want to add that I am disabled and I am very grateful for the staffs help and understanding as my needs can be different from the average person. The staff continue to do their best for any of those needs. They have been exceptional. Amazing staff!! Great grounds! Great Apartment! I moved from Chicago and they helped me step by step to make sure that everything went incredibly smooth. Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. I am a for life renter and it all about the service and Center Pointe has it!”

“I've been here for four months so far and I've loved every minute. The apartment recently went through a lot of improvements, such as a newly added gym, which was noisy but 100% worth it. Now things are back to normal with noise level - you can't hear through the walls at all (sometimes I question if I really live with other people in this building - i do). The few little maintenance items (changing light bulbs and such) happened way faster than I thought they would. People who work here are super friendly. There is overnight security (also friendly). Location is great, right by Whole Foods! The parking garage (not part of apartments, but there is a discount) has an entrance to the apartments and EV charging! Can't say enough good things about the Lousia, I've enjoyed living here thus far!”

“I've lived at Hassalo on Eighth since 2018 and I honestly wouldn't live at any other complex in the city. While there were some growing pains (just don't live on a ground floor apartment in Velemor or Aster...unless you appreciate unwanted visitors), the management, maintenance, cleaning, and leasing teams here are the best around. They take amazing care of us and have always been open to hearing feedback and improving. My favorite building is the Elwood, IMO they have the best interiors and layouts. I've met some of my best friends living here and survived a pandemic. Special thanks to Brett, Steve, Angela, Shannon, Tonya, Em, Patrick and Elizabeth!!! You make this a wonderful place to call home! ❤️”

“I highly recommend living at Maestro! The maintence team is especially helpful and responsive with any small issues I've had, and I have to give a big shoutout to Luis Villalba Nunez for all he does to keep the building running in great shape. You can tell he takes pride in doing his job well, and he’s always quick to respond to any maintence requests I put in! The office staff, Hillary Crismon and Harrison Bremer-Paddock, are also super friendly and help host fun apartment events, and they’re supportive of resident-led events like the Maestro Book Club or having a community thrift party. The physical spaces are all modern yet comfortable, the community rooms are ones you’ll actually want to hang out in, the lighting is beautiful, and the location is great. I’m happy with the gym (treadmill, bike, recumbent bike, rowing machine, 2-30 lb dumbbells, and a few other things that I’m less familiar with); if you prefer more for your workouts, there are tons of gyms in the area (Movement, cross fit, pilates, yoga studios, etc.) I’m so happy with my choice!”

We had some tricky last minute pieces to our move including pushing up our move in appointment day of and running an environmental health test for some sensitivities in our household. The leasing staff was kind, understanding, and quick to help in any way they can. The unit is beautiful and neighbors are kind so far! Also a safe building for those with CIRS. Haven’t lived here long but the leasing process wasn’t just a breeze it was incredibly kind and thoughtful!”

“I am a resident here in 20 Pettygrove for last one and half year. Brandon, the leasing manager, and the leasing team are very efficient, helpful, and responsive. They address questions and concerns quickly, and I really appreciate their attention and follow-through. Maintenance is also great! The elevator has had issues several times, but the team acts quickly to get them resolved. I love being a resident here.”
