“The sales person was very patient and helpful. The delivery men were prompt. The unfortunate thing involving the installation happened because of the defective part. The handle could not be attached because of the stripped threads where the handle is attached to the fastener and secured by the set screw. Now waiting to hear if the part is available or if the freezer will have to be returned.”

While I’m not usually one to purchase a service plan, you really can’t beat the value of the plan offered by Stark’s. It was a no-brainer. I am in love with my new vacuum and can’t believe the difference in suction power (and reduction in noise) compared to my old stick vacuum. “Hot Spot was first class on answering questions for installation of my wood stove on a new construction vacation home. I made three separate purchases from them over a 5 month period with the last one (my error) being the wrong parts. They had no problem processing my return even though it was purchased two months prior. Great showroom, great selection, hidden gem if your looking for anything to do with fireplace/woodstoves.”

“Popped in here to pick up an online order. I had to use the locker system (new to me) and Tessa at the customer service desk was so kind and helped me out. I never have a problem coming here. A few years ago my son got hurt at this location (he was okay!) and Home Depot went above and beyond for my family then and so I always come back to this location and they never disappoint. Over the past months employees from different departments have been the best helpers, even if they are unsure ( or new) we figure it out together. I will try to update this more regularly since I feel like it is unique for a home improvement store to feel homey.”

“Always a great place to come to for great quality furniture, electronics, and appliances. They have everything from fridges to washers and dryers to sofa lovelseats hideaway bed couches computers xbox's playstations, etc. The best part is that they let you lease it if you can't buy it outright. I've always had the best customer service when coming here too. Always trying to help me out when I need it. Highly recommend getting the aarons club with any purchase because no matter how many agreements you start it covers them all for only $9.99 a Month! Great deal!”

“The Best Buy is great! They have a huge selection of electronics and more stuff! I did not know a Best buy will have blenders and juicers, but this one had them! The employees are also very kind and always are happy to help. The store has so much stuff to see. Many of their items are great, but they are way too overpriced. $600 for something online for only $200 is a big difference. But still the Best Buy is great and a great and fun visit. Lots of Best Buys are closing, but I am glad this one stayed. I hopefully will come back. Highly recommended for a visit.”
