“Google saves the day! Typically the employee responsible of that specific aisle, does not know the answer or have a clue of what I am looking for or trying to find. Google and YouTube works great for figuring out how to install or what part I need. The best thing Home Depot has done in the last year is update their app. Now when the app opens it locates what store you're in and tells you what aisle the product is located. GREAT! I guess this is because the associates do not know where things are? The bad part of this store is the over tilt to self check out. The Military discount codle is not on the app so you do not need to verify with an employee. Pretty soon, we will only have two workers in the store...LMAO”
“Peregrin and Angel were super helpful with a DoorDash order I had today that involved a lot of heavy concrete blocks. I would not have been able to complete the order without their help finding the specific items requested. They were courteous and seemed very interested in making sure I was well taken care of. They even helped load the blocks in my car. Excellent service!! - John”

“We just had a Costco dishwasher installed by Portland Installation and they were top-notch! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They protected my flooring and countertops, pulled out the old and installed the new. They had to make some modifications to our cabinets for the hosing but knew exactly what was needed and how to do it with no damage. After installation they even gave me a quick tutorial on my new dishwasher. Highly recommend this company!”
