“They aligned my foxbody when les Schwab said it was too low and will do a front alignment only which saves money. I've had les Schwab tell me they have to charge me for a 4 wheel alignment on a SOLID AXLE MUSTANG... Rev aligned it for 50$. Recently I took my 88 Camry to them after installing new tie rods, they charged 85$ for the front alignment, and they told me the steering rack was worn and the car wasn't holding the alignment. The guy was cool and said if I replace the rack they will do another alignment for free. I replaced the rack myself and now it holds alignment. Never going to les Schwab again. They also mounted and balanced some wheels for me without scratching them.”
“Definitely visit this location if you need quality, competent and quick light bodywork/scratch/paint repair. Small scratch on the bumper required a repair involving repaint. Brought in at 8 am and received back at 2:30pm and you can't tell there was ever a lock of damage done. The staff is also very helpful, kind and friendly! Excellent customer service still exists ladies and gentlemen!”

I spent the afternoon with Quentin and want to thank him, his Manager, and the Finance Team for our purchase of a CPO 2021 Crosstrek. Earlier in the day I walked through the purchasing process with my daughter to show her what to expect when buying a car. We were at competing dealerships, and they were not upfront and truthful with their advertised prices. “These guys are the best! I am not familiar with cars at all, so it’s hard to trust that shops aren’t adding additional charges that aren’t needed just because I don’t know any better. I went to multiple shops to get quotes for the damage on my car and Quality Auto Body was honest, nice and surprisingly the cheapest! They don’t charge you extra for the parts ordered, they only charge you for labor which is so nice! It feels good to know there is still an auto body shop that cares about their clients and not just about money. My car looks so shiny and new now! You can’t even tell where the damage was! They were so patient with me as well and helped me figure out what I needed from the insurance company and even talked to them too. If my car ever needs work again, I know I can trust Quality Auto Body. Thank you guys so much!!”
“they don't schedule enough hands on saturdays. really slow. generally a positive experience everyine here is super nice and competent but they are understaffed on saturdays for some reason and therefore the thing they said was going to take an hour and a half max took over two.”

“The most enterprising shop I have seen. Hector quickly made an estimate of what it would take to take the significant bend out of my car door. And in under an hour, he had the door fixed. Very good job, very competent bodyshop owner and very enterprising - he had a few minutes and simply worked the problem and fixed it. Definitely worth the stop if you are in need of body work on your car. They may do smaller mechanical fixes too like brakes suspension etc.”

“I bought many cars in my lifetime, but I always felt like I have to be alert, because I am the only one who is looking out for my own interests, everyone around me just trying to sell me the car for the highest price possible. To my surprise here the sales representative listened to me very carefully, and without trying to make me feel uncomfortable about my unrealistic expectations he said:we will try to meet your expectations if you will keep an open mind about our recommendations. I promised I will, and the most polite and diplomatic store manager came to talk to me about how can be achieved what I wanted. Again with such a tact and pragmatic approach, that I did not feel at any point manipulated. Simply treated me like someone who deserves to be listened too despite of my unrealistic expectations, and offered me the one deal I felt it is the best one he can offer, without first trying to give me a lesser one, and on my refusal an other little better one like happened to me countless times before. This gentleman restored my confidence in car sales man.”

“Overall, I had a positive experience at this shop. Despite being incredibly busy, they made an effort to ensure my repairs felt like a priority. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.
The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent, which is ultimately the most important factor.
I’m deducting one star due to a minor communication issue. On Friday, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, but due to my own schedule, I couldn’t pick it up before they closed for the weekend. I was told it would be ready on Monday, and I could come by anytime. However, when I arrived Monday afternoon, I was informed the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours as it still needed reassembly. This caused some inconvenience with my rental car return, which could have been avoided with clearer communication.
Additionally, I was asked to give a 10 out of 10 rating on a survey, as anything less would affect someone's commission. As you can see from this review, I do not feel this particular experience deserves a perfect score, but I don't want anyone punished over it.
Bottom line: Despite the small communication error, Gerber did an excellent job on my repair, and I do recommend them.”

“Definitely recommend Cycle Gear in Beaverton, OR. Super nice and helpful owner and employees. Lots of inventory with the exception of women’s gear (very limited selection of pants). Not sure, but guessing that’s more of an industry issue (and very frustrating for female riders). I did find a pair of riding jeans that were just what I was looking for which I was very thankful to be able to try on before purchasing (ordering on line is such a crap shoot…even at the store: tried on two types of very similar RevIt jeans, same size but one I could just barely get into, the other was so big I was swimming in them…again, an industry frustration). Would love to see Cycle Gear explore more quality options/companies that focus on female riders!”
