Best buy sent me on a long winded chase filled with misdirection and misinformation to get my dash cam installed. “Elliot. All I can say is Elliot! They were such amazing help when I went in this weekend. I had a whole issue with my new Canon camera, decided to return to switch to Sony and there was a defect on the camera body. Elliot walked my husband and I through all of the company policies and helped us make the best decision with returning and going with different coverage. I drive from Tigard all the way to this location because every time I go in, everyone is so nice and Elliot was the confirmation on why I return to this location. Please give Elliot some recognition *managers because it is very rare to find employees who actually put in the work and try to do their job.”
