“I've been taking classes at Burn Bootcamp since January (took advantage of a promo) and loved it! Loved it so much I decided to join. I love being challenged and feeling strong after a session. Trainers are so friendly and motivating and makes everyone feel empowered, capable, motivated, included and seen. I love how the trainers acknowledge me by name. I'm just not a member, the trainer actually sees me when I'm there. That's a special touch! :) I highly recommend Burn Bootcamp! It's a great place to have community and get fit at the same time!”

“Had a blast! Today was my first time attempting rock climbing. I'm DEATHLY afraid of heights and only made it halfway up the wall. However, a really kind man named Dickie saw me struggling with my feet and overall technique and showed me a bunch of helpful tips! I was so grateful! A real sense of community here on my first day! I felt a little weak after trying a bunch of "bouldering" or crab walking I'm not sure what I was doing really but could definitely feel my forearms start to give out on me ? only pushed me to wanna come back and keep practicing! The front desk person (I accidentally forgot her name) was SO awesome! She cheered for me when I was trying to make it higher up the wall and pointed out helpful tips! She even spotted me on a different wall when I was afraid of falling past the crash pad! What makes this place truly standout is the community they seem to have. That to me out beats everything. The walls seemed well cared for and I loved the "rustic" type of feel of the place. Cool re-purposed van couches in the locker room were a really cool touch! Made me feel like I was at a friend's garage gym-really "home-y" and cozy! which I also prefer over large formal gym complexes. As a beginner- I felt VERY welcomed and not intimidated by the other climbers, I actually watched some of them work and admired their techniques! I only bought a day pass cuz it was my first time. But once I get a few more seshes In I'm DEFINITELY getting a monthly pass for this place!!! Best climbing gym!!!! ???”

“Dropped in at this gym for three classes last week, and it was a great experience! Matt, the owner, was quick to respond to my emails inquiring about the gym prior to my visit, and made paying drop-in fees and reserving classes easy. He and the rest of the community were so welcoming (I felt like I was a regular member as soon as I walked in!) and super fun to workout with! In addition, the workouts each day were challenging, but accessible to any athletic level. Matt did a great job of showing the class proper form and technique for each of the movements we performed, and made sure everyone understood how to complete the workouts properly. Overall, I highly recommend this gym for anyone!”

“I've been training with Traci for 3 years now. My goals were to get healthier while increasing the size of my arms & chest without steroids. Traci has helped me achieve all of those goals while I continue to improve. At 62 years old I get daily compliments on how my body looks from complete strangers.”

“Mike made it extremely easy for me to ease into something new, was very attentive and showed me the ropes. If I had felt confused the whole time I would not have signed up after my free trial. But because today was such a perfect experience I just signed up. Friendly classmates as well.”

“I heard about the Mountain Lion that frequents the neighborhood and forested area next to this gym. I went looking for the mountain lion but all I saw were a bunch of cougars coming and going.”

“Edit: This facility was remodeled and updated and it’s a huge improvement! There’s a lot more squat racks and just a better overall flow to the set up!
Recently I’ve noticed they have employees roaming around cleaning up and tidying and pretty much all hours of the day!
Lots of great improvements.

Original: This gym is decent, I like that they actually have squat racks unlike planet fitness.
It’s definitely busy at the key times of day, but I try to go mid day when it’s quieter.
Even during the busy times, I find that most of the gym goers are respectful and share equipment well, and don’t tend to hog up key pieces for too long which is nice.
Here’s the main complaints I have:
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
I have to make an effort to ignore the dirt and dust I see gathering in obvious places. This bothers me and makes me wonder about the level of sanitation that takes place and how much bacteria is accumulating.
The equipment also seems to be getting rather rundown, and it seems like the gym is barely staying on top of it.
Recently I’ve notice that weights are getting re-racked less often. I find weights scattered in odd places, and have to walk around to find the weights I need.. which is annoying.
I know this mostly falls on the members, *however* I see groups of trainers hanging out shooting the breeze often…. And if I were in their shoes I’d be using my extra time to rerack weights left behind and tidy things up, as well as checking the bathrooms including the HAND SANITIZER stations outside the bathrooms which recently have been completely empty for days at a time for seemingly no reason.”

“Villa Sport is amazing! The staff are super friendly. We have a personal trainer, Elijah, and he works with us where we are at and is very knowledgeable about fitness and strength training. He is really nice, makes us feel comfortable and encourages us to push ourselves in a positive manner. The facility itself is clean and spacious and the locker rooms are awesome.”
