“I just had the most stress free U-Haul renting experience in my life. Purchased a couch and needed a van or truck to get it home. Stopped by and they had a van available for the next day. Pick up was easy. Return was easy. Customer service was awesome! The cost seems fair. I'm so glad I used this U-Haul location vs trying to shove the couch into my mini SUV. One extra benefit, there is a gas station basically in the same parking lot. Needless to say, I filled up gas there before returning the van.”

Elizabeth, the district manager, reached out to me. She was extremely understanding and professional about my entire situation. She more than worked with me, she actually exceeded my expectations!!!
It was a rough start, however, I appreciate a company that is willing to acknowledge and rectify the issues.

“Great experience! Ladies working in the office were all friendly and nice. Van was in good condition... and had a backup camera! Return was quick and easy. Parking lot is small/full so you may need to move the van out first, then park in the van's spot like I did.”
“Great friendly staff, let me check in early and updated my reservation for the full free 24 hours instead of the 4 I requested, didn’t need it that long but was helpful knowing I had the ability to if I needed it. Easy check in and return.”

“Came here this morning for a hitch installation on my SUV. They had quality products in stock and their website made it easy to book. The install process was simple and fast. Jacob in the hitch building was ready for me. He confirmed the work I requested, took my keys, and was done in 25 minutes. He was really friendly and helped me determine whether I needed anything extra based on how I was going to use the hitch. Quality install!”
“Absolutely no problems. After reading reviews, I called ahead to confirm that they had the truck, which they did. One note: I was able to book a 6pm pickup through the corporate site, which is when this location closes, so they recommended I come in at 5:30pm instead. Quick and easy otherwise.”
