“No bad things to say. Making a rsvp via phone was simple, fast, and coming in to pick up the rental the following day was a quick procedure as well. I would recommend going to this location. It was reliable and convenient to where I was living. A couple of my friends and coworkers have gone to this location too. If you have a far move and have to return the rental back to the same location. Luckily a gas station is right in front of the building so you can always fill the tank right back to where it was! :)”
“Great experience! Ladies working in the office were all friendly and nice. Van was in good condition... and had a backup camera! Return was quick and easy. Parking lot is small/full so you may need to move the van out first, then park in the van's spot like I did.”

“The gentleman at this Beaverton location is absolutely wonderful! I gave him so many different twists and turns in different situations to deal with. I feel so bad but I was moving to Puerto Rico and there was a lot of moving elements. He made everything work out and with ease. I highly recommend this place. I was extremely impressed.”
“My service experience was great hear. They made sure I knew how to use the equipment and assisted me in hooking it up and unhooking it. They sold me the propper towing equipment and accessories. My agent in store even helped me do my contract when I had issues with the mobile app.
The trailer was in good working order except two issues. One side marker light was broke, and the left side track had motor oil on it. It caused me no issues with its intended use. Very happy with the service and equipment.

“Absolutely no problems. After reading reviews, I called ahead to confirm that they had the truck, which they did. One note: I was able to book a 6pm pickup through the corporate site, which is when this location closes, so they recommended I come in at 5:30pm instead. Quick and easy otherwise.”
