“these people are absolutely unreal. I don't know how other storage units are because this is my first experience using the service. That said I can't imagine there is customer service that parallels the service that Melinda and the other associates offer here at West coast. I had to rent a second storage unit today after renting my first one a few months back. I did not realize how much stuff I had and was really overwhelmed by the mess of needing to coordinate two storage units last minute. I shouldn't have been worried though because Melinda totally took care of me and gave excellent advice around what storage unit to choose and got me the best monthly rate available. I just can't recommend them enough!!”

“Of all the Storage places I've had it's one of 2 of my favorites. The manager and staff are very nice and helpful. The location for me was convenient because it is right off of TV Highway and bus stop at the intersection. It's just over the railroad tracks. For those familiar with the area, you know those tracks are very close to TV Hwy.”
