“I’ve had nothing but great experiences from this storage facility. The access to start is all completely on the app, I can fob in using my phone. Facility is clean and air temp controlled. On site staff is always there on phone or in the office. I specifically want to highlight Patrick for being so supportive and understanding when we were in a tough spot this weekend and at the end of his shift. Really appreciate all his help.”
“My reason for having to use a storage space came all of a sudden totally unexpected as life normally does,but i was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was for a first timer to start and set up this option by phone. Not only was it fast,but also easy to follow along thanks to the employee o the other line.Once arriving to the facility off of 185th in beaverton I first noticed at how clean it was and easy to find.thanks to this first experience I wouldnt thi k twice at where I would go if I needed some extra space in a pinch, check it out for yourself.”

“Overall a nice experience. I had a small storage unit with interior access. I never had any issue getting through the security gate. The interior of the building was always cool-to-cold, dry and well lit. The property is clean and well maintained. The only downside side was finding rodent droppings among my belongings. Would use again and pack/wrap items well.”

“Very CLEAN place and great management. The best place to store your belongings. After making a big purchase (my brand new trailer) I wasn't able to afford staying here anymore. But without a doubt, this is the best place in Beaverton.”

I didn't need insurance but it's required. A specific lock it required. I'm a new user of storage so I was surprised. I would recommend this facility.”
“The storage property and facility are well maintained. There is a good security system in place. Office staff are always helpful. The property is 5⭐. What I don't appreciate is how Public Storage increase there rates. In 2 years my space has almost doubled in price. I truly don't have a problem with a business increasing cost that are in line with inflation. I don't appreciate how this company gets you into a space at a reasonable price and then dramatically increase the cost every year way above inflation.”

“The door to the unit is very hard to open! Trying to align the lock and the bar device takes a lot of effort to move the door enough to place the lock!
There's a very wet/damp drainage opening in the unit. Very bad! Rodents?”
“All employees are great most of the customers are great but you do have to be careful, some have a screw loose and will try to fight you over literally nothing. If they were all level headed this would be a 5 star place but you've got a few who ruin it”
“I've been storing my boat and now my RV here for several years; the boat in a covered spot and the RV in an uncovered such that my solar can keep the house batteries topped off. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. When my storage neighbor damaged my mirror while pulling out due to not keeping an eye on their tail swing, the owners quickly contacted me by phone within an hour, e-mailed me photos of the damage, and put me in contact with the driver of the other rig. They charge a monthly rate (varies by size and if covered or uncovered) with payments due quarterly so it is easy to plan for when the next payment will be due (they also mail out invoices mid month before they are due and post a notice over the keypad a month beforehand). I'd recommend them to anybody needing to store a vehicle, boat, or trailer off property.”

“We have used Baseline Mini Storage for several years now and they have been a great storage center that we've never had issues with. The manager is super friendly and professional, the grounds are always well kept, and we haven't encountered a single safety issue.
My only (small) complaint is that leaves and dirt tend to get into our outdoor unit as it seems the door isn't airtight. Especially in the fall it can really get crazy.
Overall, I recommend Baseline Mini Storage for any of your storage needs!”

“Came here this morning for a hitch installation on my SUV. They had quality products in stock and their website made it easy to book. The install process was simple and fast. Jacob in the hitch building was ready for me. He confirmed the work I requested, took my keys, and was done in 25 minutes. He was really friendly and helped me determine whether I needed anything extra based on how I was going to use the hitch. Quality install!”
