“I’ve had nothing but great experiences from this storage facility. The access to start is all completely on the app, I can fob in using my phone. Facility is clean and air temp controlled. On site staff is always there on phone or in the office. I specifically want to highlight Patrick for being so supportive and understanding when we were in a tough spot this weekend and at the end of his shift. Really appreciate all his help.”
“My reason for having to use a storage space came all of a sudden totally unexpected as life normally does,but i was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was for a first timer to start and set up this option by phone. Not only was it fast,but also easy to follow along thanks to the employee o the other line.Once arriving to the facility off of 185th in beaverton I first noticed at how clean it was and easy to find.thanks to this first experience I wouldnt thi k twice at where I would go if I needed some extra space in a pinch, check it out for yourself.”

“I had a great experience with O’Neill Transfer and Storage. I moved from Stanford, CA to Portland, OR, and they handled everything from the initial move to storing my belongings for about a year and ultimately delivering everything to my new home in Portland.
Everything arrived in great condition after a year in storage, and the whole process went very smoothly. Their prices were reasonable, and they were helpful and responsive throughout what was a fairly long and stressful process for me. It was actually quite difficult to find a moving company that could accommodate this particular type of move, especially given the relatively small size of my shipment, so I really appreciated that they were able to handle everything from start to finish. Bob, John and Cindy were great to work with. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend O’Neill Transfer and Storage.”

“Repeat satisfied customer! Not only was the 9' van great, but the team at Sunset Mini & RV Storage took care of me above and beyond twice this second time around. I mistakenly reserved my rental a day late (I could blame the stress of moving, but that was just my bad). Luckily there was a van available when I needed it and they adjusted my contract over the phone. Then the apartment we were moving into had a 6-hour delay and 1/3 of the elevators working. I needed the van an extra day. Again, the van was not yet reserved immediately after my return time (so lucky!), and they adjusted my contract over the phone without hassle. Drop-off was a piece of cake. Kind and courteous staff. They are my U-haul rental location in Beaverton for life.”
“I've had awful experiences with Uhaul at a few locations. Even when nothing goes wrong, pickup/return are stressful and you always have to watch the receipt and take lots of photos at pickup so they don't charge you later. Unfortunately when you need a truck rental with short notice you're at their mercy.
I rented a van from Walker Storage a few weeks ago and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Pickup was quick and easy, the van was clean and in great shape, and dropoff was just as easy with the option to stay for the return inspection. No upselling, no questionable upgrades (when I reserve a van, a box truck isn't an upgrade at all), no attempt to charge for pre-existing damage, no overcrowded lot to navigate or line to wait in, no feeling like you're inconveniencing someone. It cost more than I expected, but that was on me for driving further than planned. That cost per mile adds up!
Lori was great to do business with, friendly and professional. I left something in the van and she followed up once it was found so that I could pick it up. I'm never renting from another location again. If you need a truck rental or a storage unit, support a small business and rent here.”

“I store some of my equipment here. This place is perfect for equipment, RVs, trailers, boats, etc. there’s covered and uncovered. The spaces are wide and long. This is family owned and operated and they are so responsive and friendly. There’s a lot of security. It’s the perfect place. And to top it off, amazing prices. I’m so happy I live just 5 minutes away to take advantage of storing equipment here.”

“Came here this morning for a hitch installation on my SUV. They had quality products in stock and their website made it easy to book. The install process was simple and fast. Jacob in the hitch building was ready for me. He confirmed the work I requested, took my keys, and was done in 25 minutes.
