“Went to sell a piece of jewelry that ended up being fake, not the point. There was some creepy old dude inside that kept staring at and following me and my girlfriend around the store, something I was totally oblivious to. The clerk who was helping us earlier handed me a note informing me of this, and told us that we were welcome to hang around until we felt comfortable enough to leave. 10/10 customer service and I wasn’t even a real customer. If nothing else I recommend doing business here because you can rest assured that you will be dealing with very professional, thoughtful people who truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive environment. Wish I remembered to get the guy’s name, but thank you anyways kind stranger!”

“My wife and I refer to this location as "the nice Fred Meyer." Access is decent with multiple ways to enter and exit the parking lots, there is a large area to cue up for the fuel center and the aisles are organized in a reasonably understandable way (compared to other Fred Meyer's). So that you don't wander around like I did, the one downside is there's no electronics center and no photo services.”

I thought it MUST be some long time unwritten rule that Pawn shops MUST adhere to a certain ‘temperament’ and ‘script’ shall we say, that can be quite unpleasant and abrasive! I cringe internally, even when driving by a sign that says ‘Pawn’. Until coming here that is! Staff is friendly, polite and very informative-and no shenanigans!
