He walked me through the problems with Assurions multiple denials of my lost or stolen claim. He transferred my data from an old phone to my new refurbished Iphone. His cooperation allowed me to emerge from the worst insurance claim ever to having my AT&T service restored. My thanks to this outstanding young man.”
