“So much gratitude for Cellairis! My iPhone practically snapped in half and was somewhat working but the screen was completely out of commission. It was devastating to find out that I had been paying for iCloud and it hadn’t been backing up my phone at all… just 600k text messages. I had memories in there from my family member who passed away years ago that I really wanted back. I spent a week trying to find anyone to help me. Apple, Geek Squad… all turned me away. However, both of them said I need to find someone to repair the screen temporarily to get my iPhone backed up. Cellairis was the only one! And at a fraction of the price that geek squad & apple had thought I’d be charged. All done in 20 minutes, too. Literally less time than it took me to drive out there!
Thank you Igor saving my irreplaceable memories, and I’ll be sure to really make sure they’re backed up this time around.”

Ernesto was great help me transfer all my stuff in a couple of minutes”
“Employees made my phone upgrade easy and hassle free, they were able to answer all my questions and took the time to help me. They do have a very limited selection of phones in store, so they may not carry the phone you want but besides that I would recommend this store!”

“Awesome service…my PC was worse than slow. To turn it on would take atleast 8 minutes if not more. Now, in three days, it is zooming and it only took a couple days…I am definitely going back and I am referring all of my friends and family to the store. I take my hat off to these guys and the service that they provided.”

They both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my situation and helped me get my new upgrades and order issues figured out and in timely and patient manner. I have had to come back multiple times, once to cancel an order so I could pick up a phone in store, and another to hand in my trade in. Everytime I am here I am met with next level kindness and diligence. I would recommend anyone who loves good service to come to this store! Thank you guys! ??”
“Eli at the portland location set me up with a new protector and csse that were a great improvement for my phone, he went so far as to email me a photo of my information sticker on my phone, remove it, clean ane polish my phone and now it looks so clean and impressive. I work outdoors and my phone was very dirty, Eli got it looking brand new and respectable again. 5/5”

“Had a wild experience in here today. Was trying to exchange my phone and the process was taking forever (I'm not sure why). I feel bad for the many people who waited and ended up leaving because the wait was taking so long. The employee Stephano was super helpful, skipped his lunch, and dealt with a drunk guy who came in, while he was dealing Verizons systems trying to get my exchange done. I can't say how much I appreciate his help, and he dealt with everything professionally. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the process to exchange my phone took over 2 hours.”
