“I needed a new battery in my iPhone 11 pro. Best Buy, a licensed repair depot for Apple declined to repair it even though they had the battery in stock. I dropped by Cellutech who quoted me the same price ($89) and ordered the battery for me with no deposit required. It came in the next day and I dropped it off shortly after they opened. Less than one hour later, I got a text saying it was ready. The battery was not official Apple, of course, so it doesn't report correctly under battery health, but they explained that ahead of time. It's actually probably a better, fresher battery than the real Apple one that was manufactured long ago and been sitting on a shelf. So far, it's working great. I was pleased with both folks I interacted with including the actual tech who did the work. My only (minor) gripe was I felt a small shop like this would come in a few bucks under the offical Apple replacement cost, but I was happy to pay the $89 for quick, confident repair services. Recommended!”
