“I had an excellent experience at this cricket location. Roman was such an incredible help. I just switched from another carrier and I am so glad I did. Roman helped me navigate some issues so easily and has such good information on all the products and services. I had such a good experience I felt I had to leave a review. Thanks for making things easy and friendly.”
“Before going to the store to resolve an issue with an eSIM, I had spoken to three different people over the phone, but none of them were able to fix the problem. My last resort was to visit the store, and the person who assisted me resolved the issue in 10 minutes or less; they provided excellent, highly professional service.”
“Noah at AT&T was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient at solving my problem and answering my questions. I appreciate that he provided my options and allowed me the opportunity to make informed decisions about my plan in response to some life changes. Thank you Noah!”
“We came in to switch the eSIM on one of our phones to a newer one. We came in during a busy time but were lucky to have Ashley help us. (We went to another store in Beaverton but found their service to be woefully lacking, before visiting this one on Cedar Hills Blvd). Ashley was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency and took care of the issue very quickly. Thanks Ashley!”
