In this day and age with AI, Chats and people on the other end of the line not understanding the problem, as opposed to having a real person with great attitude serving the consumer is rare so really wanted to appreciate his work. “Shout out specifically for SPENCER!! My parents, who are in their 80’s, needed upgrades to their phones and plan they’ve had for YEARS. My sister and I went with them to AT&T to make sure they didn’t get something they didn’t need or couldn’t understand (tech-wise). SPENCER was the most kind, understanding, knowledgeable and patient individual we could have been paired with. He listened to exactly what they wanted and found them the perfect phones and plan!! This young man is an exceptional individual and AT&T employee, I can’t say enough about him. Thank you Spencer!!!!”
